Testing a room remotely in Pleneo Cloud

Overview 

Pleneo Cloud lets you test a room at any time, without being on-site. A system test checks all devices assigned to the room, confirming that everything is connected, working, and ready for use, and produces a report you can download.

Run a system test

1. In the main view, select the room you want to test

2. Open Room Edit

3. Select System Test

Pleneo Cloud runs a full system test, similar to the checks performed during AutoDeploy™. The test covers:

• Device connectivity

• System functionality

• Overall readiness of the room

Download the report

Once the test is complete, the results are available as a report:

1. In the main view, select the room

2. Open Room Edit

3. Select Download Report

The report gives a clear snapshot of system health and highlights anything that needs attention.
